Team Values
Our staff are selected very carefully, not only for their qualifications and experience but also for their love of children. We have a dedicated staff team who ensure the smooth running of the Preschool on a day-to-day basis and take care of the children’s needs during their time with us.

We are fully committed to developing and growing our staff’s individual knowledge and skills and utilising them fully throughout Preschool. Our team attend continuous training where their skills, knowledge and expertise is updated, enabling children to receive the best care and learning environment. They also complete online training which provides the team with a wealth of knowledge and skills; such as Special Educational Needs, emotional coaching, sun safety and healthy eating.
We all take a great deal of personal and professional pride in our work and are proud to be part of a team who achieved an “outstanding” award from OFSTED.
We believe that by working closely together with parents, other agencies and the primary school we can help every child thrive and develop well in all areas of learning, whilst making friends and having lots of fun along the way.
